All Tech Support America Help Desk analysts are required to go thru an exhaustive screening process and have successfully passed police background and drug tests before joining the team.

Our analysts then undergo a comprehensive orientation and new hire training program that acquaints them with our work flows, customer contact standards, ticketing system, knowledge base, and general policies and procedures.



All new hires also go through a "nesting period" that is a highly supervised environment where they receive coaching and feedback on their performance.
